Katie is a relational bridge-builder that thrives in a collaborative team environment. When it comes to a work motto, Katie sticks to four “C”s - Clarity, Consistency, Communication, and Candor.

Beyond work-life, Katie is married to Nick, an incredibly talented creative, business owner, and strategist. They have two rescue pups Cali and Lambeau. Katie is a sports lover and novice at-home chef. Nothing brings Katie more joy than doing life with her family and closest friends.
